Terms of Use
Using this website means accepting what is on this page. If it does not suit you, do not use the site; the desk answers on +33 4 66 21 84 30.
Over-18s
The vaulted room is open to people of 18 and over, the age French law sets. The front page asks you to confirm before going further. Answering untruthfully achieves nothing, because the question that decides anything is asked at the vault door, with a document in hand, every visit.
No gambling happens on this website
These pages describe a hotel and one room in it. They offer no games and take no stakes, and the site holds no account, accepts no deposit and moves no money. Nothing done here can win or lose anything. Gaming takes place only at 12 rue de l'Aspic, inside the hotel.
Accuracy
Hours, rooms and descriptions are kept current and are sometimes wrong anyway: the kitchen closes for three weeks in February, the pool is drained, a room goes out of service. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance and no page creates a contract. A booking exists once the desk has confirmed it by telephone or email, on the terms given then.
Our material
Text, drawings, photographs and the arrangement of them belong to the hotel or are used with permission. Read them, print a page, link to it. Do not republish them, copy them elsewhere, or use them to train a model, without written permission.
Links out
A link to another site is offered as a convenience and is not a recommendation.
Conduct in the house
Staff may refuse service, refuse entry at the vault door, or ask a guest to leave, where someone is drunk, abusive, unable to produce a document, or spoiling the house for others. In the gaming room the floor staff's decision stands at the time; a disagreement goes to the duty manager afterwards, not to the table.
Availability
The site is provided as it is, with no promise that it will always be reachable, and it may be taken down for maintenance without notice.
Liability
We are liable for what French law does not permit us to exclude. Beyond that we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, such as a journey made on the strength of an hour listed here that had changed.
Governing law and disputes
French law governs this site and these terms. A consumer may bring a case where they live. Before going to court, a consumer may also refer a dispute to a mediator of consumer disputes; the desk will give you the details of ours on request.
